Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Luggage Leather LLC. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website luggageleather.com.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays listed below).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the shipment date, not the order date.
For customers within the United States (including lower 48, Alaska, Hawaii):
Shipping Method Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Shipping 5 – 8 business days
Expedited Shipping 2 – 3 business days
Overnight Shipping 1 – 2 business days
For international customers (outside the US):
Shipping Method Estimated Delivery Time
International Standard 10 – 20 business days*
*Delivery times vary by destination country and customs processing. Delays due to customs are beyond our control.
We use carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic orders, and DHL / local postal partners for international shipments.
Luggage Leather LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs clearance, or other events outside our reasonable control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipment confirmation email to the address you provided.
This email will contain your tracking number(s) and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal.
If you do not receive tracking information within 4 business days after placing your order, please contact us at service@luggageleather.com.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Luggage Leather LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees applied to your order.
All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
We are required by law to declare the exact value of the merchandise on all international shipments.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost after delivery confirmation
If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. Then contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Luggage Leather LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation is shown.
Damaged in transit
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at service@luggageleather.com with:
Photos of the damaged package and product
Your order number
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis (replacement or refund).
Lost by carrier
If the carrier confirms that your package has been lost in transit, we will offer you a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will be responsible for the additional shipping fees.
If you realize you made an error, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at service@luggageleather.com.
After 24 hours, we may have already processed your order and cannot guarantee address changes.
7. Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable due to:
Refusal of delivery
Failure to pick up from a local post office
Incorrect address
In such cases, we will notify you via email. You may choose either:
Refund (excluding original shipping costs), or
Reshipment (you will be charged for new shipping fees)
8. Business Days & Holidays
Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding the following US federal holidays:
New Year‘s Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
Orders placed on these days will begin processing on the next business day.
