Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at MANLY TREADS LLC. This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through our website luggageleather.com.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your package, and the shipping method selected. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the shipment date, not the order date.

For customers within the United States (including the lower 48 states, Alaska, and Hawaii):

  • Standard Shipping (5 to 8 business days): Calculated at checkout.

  • Expedited Shipping (2 to 3 business days): Calculated at checkout.

  • Overnight Shipping (1 to 2 business days): Calculated at checkout.

For international customers (outside the United States):

  • International Standard Shipping (10 to 20 business days): Calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary significantly by destination country and customs processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for international orders). MANLY TREADS LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or other events beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipment confirmation email to the address you provided. This email will contain your tracking number(s) and a link to the carrier's tracking portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes for International Orders

MANLY TREADS LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees applied to your order. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order. We are required by law to declare the exact value of the merchandise on all international shipments.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages in Transit

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. MANLY TREADS LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation is shown.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at service@luggageleather.com with photos of the damaged package and product. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

  • Lost by Carrier: If the carrier has lost your package in transit, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost after the carrier confirms the loss.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will be responsible for the additional shipping fees. If you realize you made an error, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order at service@luggageleather.com.

7. Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable due to reasons such as refusal of delivery, failure to pick up from a local post office, or an incorrect address. In such cases, we will notify you via email. You may choose a refund (excluding original shipping costs) or reshipment (you will be charged for new shipping fees).

8. Business Days and Holidays

Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays: New Year‘s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Orders placed on these days will begin processing on the next business day.
