14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall take place in Douglas County, Colorado. You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

  • Exceptions: Either party may bring a claim in small claims court in Douglas County, Colorado, if the claim qualifies. Additionally, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.

15. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our Site. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
